Also, incredible views of the city. *PROPERTY AND BUILDING RULES* APARTMENT RULES: The use of drugs in the apartment is NOT permitted. You can smoke only in the outdoor areas. Loud music is prohibited. Please play the music at a moderate volume so that it does not disturb the neighbours. USE OF SHOPPING CARTS: Anyone who makes use of the shopping cart must be responsible for returning it to its designated place on each level of the corresponding empty and clean parking floor. (It is forbidden to leave the carts in the elevators, corridors or lobby of the different floor levels). The cart should not be used to unload garbage or leave it with garbage, since this is where we transport the food that we are going to eat in our homes. Shopping carts should not be left in the elevator, we reiterate that each resident must be responsible for their personal place. TRASH: Garbage collection hours are: Monday to Saturday: 3:00 p.m. During this time, the cleaning person will ring the doorbell of each apartment to receive the garbage bags. We ask you not to place garbage in the corridors or on the stairs. If there is a need to take out garbage outside these hours, please call the concierge through the Intercom, so that he can go through it. If it is outside the working hours of the same, take the garbage to the deposit located on the 1st level (floor L) in front of the power plant area. Please do not leave solid waste bags in the garbage cans located in the parking lots. These must be taken to the aforementioned deposit and placed inside the containers, not outside, in this way we avoid attracting pests. These trash cans located on each parking level are for minor waste, such as plastic bottles, paper, etc. LOBBY AREA: No delivery, domestic worker, drivers, technicians or installers can stay in the lobby for more than 5 minutes and much less sit in that area, only family members, visitors and owners can sit in the lobby area. It is forbidden to circulate pets in the lobby area. The consumption of food and drinks in the lobby area is prohibited. It is forbidden to play music in the lobby area. Every delivery, technician or installer, as soon as their arrival at the corresponding apartment is notified, must remain behind the glass door at the entrance, until their access is authorized or the request is withdrawn. SOCIAL AREA: We reiterate that the social area is a recreation area for ALL condominium owners, so we must respect the rules established for its use. Reservations social area. To reserve the social area, we will have 2 conditions: Reservation sheet for the social area. You must fill out the request at least 5 days in advance and attach a list of guests with a maximum of 15, including family members, if applicable. All apartment units are entitled to 1 area reservation per month. Special social area reservation sheet, this is a special reservation that must be requested at least 30 days in advance, so that each owner can carry out an activity in said area with a maximum of 30 guests, this sheet of special reservation, each apartment will have the right to use it twice a year so that all units have equal conditions. When the area is reserved in a special way, the entire area will be granted as a reservation. The reservations of the social area can only be requested from Monday to Saturday for a period of time of 5 hours, the special reservations of the area have no time limit. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS. In case of having 7 or more guests, you must reserve the area at least 5 days in advance, you must compulsorily complete the form located with the concierge, in the lobby and attach the list of guests. In case of not having reserved the social area properly, the security personnel is authorized to prevent any guest who adds more than 7 per apartment from entering the social area. Once your activity is finished, please make sure to collect all the rubbish, and leave it in the state in which you found it, since all the condominium owners have the right to use the clean area. Loud music is prohibited. Please play the music at a moderate volume so that it does not disturb the neighbours. ACCESS DOOR TO THE PARKING LOTS: These doors, for security, should never be left open, as this makes us vulnerable to theft or damage. Anyone who does not have a token, please request it from the administration. The cost of these is RD$ 600.00 each unit. DELIVERIES: Deliveries are prohibited from entering the tower (elevator areas, parking lots, social area, much less going up to the apartments). In the event that a delivery procures them, they will be notified from the lobby so that they can go down to pick up their purchases. We reiterate that the delivery must deliver your merchandise in the lobby area, and the apartment responsible for each order must go down to receive your order. Or the same, the concierge will be able to send your order through the elevator in the delivery basket to your apartment floor level, each one is responsible for picking up your order. In the event that your order is to be paid by credit card, this person must go down to the lobby to make your payment transaction (the circulation of deliveries inside the tower is prohibited, whether from pharmacies, grocery stores, fast foods, etc.) *THE VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE RULES REGARDING THE APARTMENT RULES AND SOCIAL AREAS WILL LEAD TO IMMEDIATE EVICTION OF THE PROPERTY*
